Academic mobility

Academic mobility of students, undergraduates, PhD students, and teachers is one of the important areas of international and educational activities of Adam University. Adam University's academic mobility programs are a chance to broaden your horizons, visit another country, and gain a unique learning experience at a higher education institution in another state. All this will allow you not only to make new friends and get a lot of impressions, but also to increase your competitiveness in the future.

 

 

Cooperation is actively conducted within the framework of strengthening education among students, improving the quality of teaching, sharing experiences and various cultural events for mutual enrichment. Various meetings are held both at the level of heads of educational institutions and at the administrative level.

As part of their studies at Adam University, students are involved in the process of academic mobility and can undergo various internships in countries such as Norway, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Anatolian University, Ural State University of Economics, Narxoz University, etc.

To participate in internships, students must provide the following documents:

Transcript of academic performance, good academic performance;

Advanced knowledge of English, if possible, provide the results of the official TOEFL/IELTS test;

Credit mobility is one of the key activities of the Erasmus+ program. It provides for the issuance of numerous grants for students and teachers to implement academic mobility programs with partner countries

Erasmus+ ICM offers selected incoming students 850 euros per month plus transportation costs.

Student mobility is designed for undergraduates, undergraduates and postgraduates (1-3 degrees of higher education). There are no restrictions in terms of academic disciplines. The duration of the mobility program is from 3 to 12 months (but not less than 1 completed period, for example, a trimester or semester, depending on the organization of the educational process at the host university).

Adam University is actively involved in applying for scholarships to students. With the help of Sur-Place scholarships, the Foundation named after Konrad Adenauer, Adam University students receive support from this foundation, as well as the opportunity for young students and scientists to devote themselves to studying in the field of interest and participating in the political and social life of the country. The Foundation's fellows can be young students and scientists - citizens of Kyrgyzstan studying at universities in their country (bachelor's degree - from the second year and master's degree), and who have not reached the age of 30 at the time of application, as well as actively participating in the socio-political life of the country.

 The scholarship is awarded for a period of 6 months and in case of good academic achievements, the scholarship can also be extended for another 6 months.

For graduates and future undergraduates, Adam University provides a unique opportunity to study at foreign universities on special programs. For example, ERASMUS+, Turkiye Burslari, China Government Scholarships, etc.

Mobility programs for university staff provide the opportunity to teach or improve their skills. The mobility program for teachers provides 8 hours of classroom lessons per week. The mobility program is allocated from 16 to 24 months.
