The event aimed to develop students' basic knowledge and practical skills in personal finance management. The lectures were delivered by Associate Professors of the "Economics, Management, and Tourism" program, PhDs in Economics Y.V. Guseva and N.Z. Zhumabekova, who highlighted key aspects of financial literacy in modern conditions.
The guest of honor was Alexey Gafurovich Koblitsky, Head of the Marketing Department at the Eurasian Savings Bank. In his presentation, he shared practical experience, discussed common financial fraud schemes, and provided recommendations on protecting personal funds.
During the lecture, issues such as safe money storage, the wise use of banking products, and increasing financial stability were discussed in detail. Particular emphasis was placed on developing critical thinking when making financial decisions and the ability to recognize fraudulent activities.
The lecture was held in an interactive format and sparked keen interest among the students. The most active participants who provided the best answers to questions were awarded prizes from the bank, which served as additional motivation for audience engagement.
The event contributed to raising the level of students' financial culture and fostering a responsible attitude toward managing personal finances.
