On September 5, our University held a guest lecture with Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Head of the Center for Sustainable Development and Environmental Health of the IDB RAS Vladimir Mikhailovich Zakharov.
The lecture was held within the framework of the project "Zhashyl Climate" and covered the main problems of ecology and economy.
Vladimir Mikhailovich Zakharov spoke about the importance of preserving natural resources and biodiversity for the sustainable development of society. He stressed that environmental problems are inextricably linked with economic issues, and in order to achieve sustainable development, it is necessary to strive for harmony between ecology and economy.
Vladimir Mikhailovich Zakharov's lecture aroused great interest among students and teachers of the University. It has become a good opportunity to share knowledge and experience in the field of ecology and sustainable development. The students were
