On September 8, 2023, a round table was held at Adam University to discuss financial and operational management in European universities as part of the DEFA Erasmus + project. The event brought together leading experts in the field of higher education to exchange experiences and develop new approaches to university management. The meeting was attended by the rector of the Adam University, the project coordinator at UA - Sirmbard S.R., the vice-rector for academic affairs - Zhamangulov A.A. and the vice-rector for development and innovation - Suerkulova N.T. The event was held in a constructive and productive atmosphere. Participants discussed different approaches to university management in Germany and Italy, as well as the possibility of applying these approaches at Adam University. The results of the round table will help in developing a new financial model that will contribute to the further development of the university and increase its competitiveness.
