A great opportunity for active and ambitious students!
The Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) announces the start of selection for the Sur Place Scholarship Program 2025. Applications open on October 1st and will run until December 15th. Eligibility:
• 3rd-4th year Bachelor's students
• 1st-2nd year Master's students To submit an application, the following documents must be prepared:
1. Completed application form
a. with a pasted current photo (3×4 cm)
b. to be filled out only in German or English
2. Resume (CV)
a. in tabular format
b. in Russian
3. Motivation letter
a. briefly describe your study goals and future plans
b. no more than 1 page
4. Copies of educational documents:
a. secondary education certificate with translation into German or English
b. copy of the grade book with translation (for Master's students) copy of the higher education diploma with supplement and translation
5. Certificate from the place of study
a. original, in Russian
6. Letter of Recommendation
a. from a university lecturer
b. in Russian with translation into German or English
c. must include the lecturer's contact information (phone and e-mail)
d. the letter should include an assessment of the applicant's participation in academic, public, or social activities
The deadline for submission of documents is December 15, 2025.
