The Eurasian Institute of Road Management Project
From September 23 to 24, Adam University hosted events to discuss the program of the consortium of the Eurasian Institute of Road Management project and sign an agreement on its creation.
The meeting was held between the administration of Adam University and Elena Demchenko, Advisor to the Director of the Russian Road Research Institute, Elena Vasilyeva, a researcher at the Russian Road Research Institute, Director of the Center for International Studies and Projects of St. Petersburg International University of Economics. During the event, the following issues were discussed:
· bilateral cooperation;
· possible ways to develop tourism at the regional and international levels;
· Design of the main educational programs of higher education;
· correlation of transnational and state qualification frameworks;
· creation of the structure of the work program;
· differences in the preparation of students of three levels of education;
· development and scientific support of international, regional and targeted programs aimed at innovative development and improvement of the condition of roads;
· implementation of significant infrastructure projects of the transport complex;
· strategic planning and development;
· research activities;
· development of industry regulatory and technical documents;
· implementation of training programs for specialists;
· professional development;
· tasks related to technical regulation and standardization in the field of road management.
In addition to the meeting at the university, representatives of the Russian Road Research Institute met with Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic Omurov N.K. and Deputy Minister of Transportation of the Kyrgyz Republic Kaiynbaev N.B., where they discussed beneficial cooperation and problem solving.
