The Rector of Adam University Conducted a Training on “Sustainability of the DEFA Project”
The Rector of Adam University conducted a training on “Sustainability of the DEFA Project” within the framework of the final DEFA conference.
The training focused on strengthening institutional sustainability, continuing the implementation of the financial autonomy model, and ensuring the long-term impact of the project results in the post-project period.
Participants — representatives of universities from Kyrgyzstan and the European Union — discussed the six key dimensions of sustainability: strategic, human, financial, organizational, communication, and evaluation, and conducted a self-assessment in each area.
The training served as a platform for experience sharing among partner universities and for developing practical steps toward integrating the financial autonomy model into institutional strategic plans.
