So the trainings on career and personal growth were held!
This time the speakers were Altynai Klimova, Acting Director of the Career Center of Adam University and Alymbekov Aidar, Director of the state institution "Innovation center" at the State Agency of Intellectual Property and Innovation at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. Altynai told the participants about volunteering, how it affects the career path, and also shared her experience working in several organizations. Aidar conducted a training on etiquette in the civil and public service, what skills and requirements are exposed to civil servants and how to start their professional career.
