Graduates of our University all over the world
Today we will introduce you to Koichieva Kanykei, a graduate of the Economics, Management and Tourism program of the Finance direction of 2022.
At the moment, she is receiving a master's degree in the USA.
1. How did you enter the Master's program?
I knew that I would persue the master's program at the beginning of my senior year and then I started preparing. I was chosing between universities in Turkey, Poland and the USA. As a result, I chose the USA, because there are more opportunities here. The process of applying for a master's degree is generally not complicated, but it takes a lot of time, so it's better to start in advance, since the process of reviewing your documents and the process of obtaining a visa takes time. At the moment I am getting an MBA from Washington University of Science and Technology.
2. What opportunities did you have at our university?
In fact, our university provides a lot of travel opportunities, student support when applying for various programs. That is, for example, when I applied for internships, or a master's degree, and it happened that a certificate was urgently needed, and the university was very understanding and trying to help the student.
I also want to note that our international department supports students in every possible way and provides opportunities for their growth, for example scholarship programs, exchange programs.
3. Tips for our graduates.
I would like to advise you to use all the opportunities that the university provides. Apply for programs, train, gain experience. Since in the future it will play a big role, both in continuing studies and in the process of work.
