Rector of the Adam University Sirmbard S.R. took part in the presentation of the project "Development of financial autonomy of Universities in Kyrgyzstan" (DEFA)
The organizational meeting was held on February 2-3, 2023
The project has passed a competitive selection and will be funded by the European Union's Erasmus + program.
The main objectives of the DEFA project are:
-development of a new system of university financial self-government;
-testing of the system;
-expansion and enhancement of financial autonomy.
The consortium of the project includes 12 higher educational institutions of the regions of Kyrgyzstan, including our Adam University, two international educational institutions in Italy, Germany and one public organization in Italy.
