From June 26 to June 30, 2023, a training seminar was held at the Otto-Von-Guericke University, Magdeburg, Germany within the framework of the project "Development of Financial Autonomy of Universities in Kyrgyzstan" DEFA project, funded by the National Erasmus+ Office in Kyrgyzstan - Национальный Эразмус Офис в КР.
The purpose of the seminar was practical training of participants in the basics of financial autonomy of universities and process management at the Otto-Von-Guericke University and its divisions. During the visit, meetings were organized with professors, vice-rectors and experts of the Otto-Von-Guericke University.
From Adam University, the rector of the Assoc took part in the project.Sirmbard S.R, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Zhamangulov A.A and head of the international department Choyubekova A.Ch. The University presented a sustainability plan for the next 5 years within the framework of the project. The project consortium includes 10 higher education institutions from all regions of Kyrgyzstan, 2 international universities from Italy and Germany, as well as 1 public organization from Italy.
