Online webinar on the topic: “The economy after the pandemic: problems and ways of recovery”

On May 19, Adam University organized an online webinar where experts from countries such as Georgia, Bulgaria, Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan discussed the post-pandemic economy: challenges and ways to recover.
Gulnara Batyrkanova, PhD, Associate Professor, Vice-Rector for Research, ADAM University, Kyrgyzstan, presented a report on the topic “The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy of Kyrgyzstan” at the online conference “Economy after the pandemic: Problems and Ways of Recovery”, organized today by ADAM University.
The participants of the online conference were representatives of science, education and tourism from such countries as Bulgaria, Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.
During the joint work, a wide range of issues were discussed, problems and prospects for the development of the economies of the countries participating in the pandemic were considered, as well as the impact of the pandemic on the tourism industry, how the quarantine affected small and medium-sized businesses, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy of Kyrgyzstan.
