Rector of Adam University and expert on reforming higher education in Kyrgyzstan, associate professor S.R. Sirmbard, takes part in the annual international conference "Higher Education Policy Reform for Impact", organized by the Erasmus+ program in Barcelona, Spain, within the prestigious walls of the University of Barcelona.
This conference brought together experts on higher education reform
education from all over the world, including representatives from Kyrgyzstan. As part of the event, Associate Professor S.R. Sirmbard made a presentation on the topic “Micro-Credentials and Hybrid Learning in Higher Education in Kyrgyzstan”. 
Her speech became an important contribution to the discussion of current issues of education and reforms in the modern higher education space. Conference participants actively exchange and share valuable experiences, which contributes to a deeper understanding of modern challenges and prospects in the field of education.
